
A stir fry is one of my favorite things – because with only a few ingredients they’re easy & they’re quick. And when you add a ton of fresh ginger – they’re also fricking delicious. But heed my warning – making this with powdered ginger is not an acceptable alternative. If you don’t have fresh ginger, don’t bother making this. Instead try my Shrimp Tacos or Grilled PB & J .

Have watched Sam the cooking guy since he was on some health channel on cable here in Northwest Ohio. Found you on You tube and now “liked” U on FB. Love the quick, easy recipes and the fun you put in cooking. I too have a passion for a sharp knife. I use the Wusthof 9″ steel to sharpen. I think I have a poor technique as it does not stay sharp very long. have thought about a wheel type sharpener. If Sam uses it, it must be ok
