If you can find baby artichokes in your neighborhood… go get them now! This is perhaps one of the most delicious tasting things we have ever made on the livecast and it was so easy. The grilling adds a slight crispiness on the outside that complements the soft, warm artichokiness on the inside and the basil mayo dipping sauce is the stuff of your food-filled dreams.
