Super interview, Sam! You really have a talent beyond the kitchen. I’m, like, 20 minutes into the interview and am always so amazed at your conversation with the people you interview…this goes beyond prep for the interview…this is you relating to the interviewee. Sure, the guy is cute and amazing in himself, but you do such a great job one-on-one.

…great show, Sam! I have coconut oil that remains semi-liquid @ 78 degrees. This is not a recipe I would want to try without re-viewing the show. Sam, you’re such a personal interviewer…this program was like the easiest connect with a chef you’ve known forever. Don’t know if I’d like the extraneous ingredients, but it’s certainly worth looking into.

Thank you Sam! I really enjoy watching your webcast. I can totally relate to your love for food, family and appreciative approach to life. BTW…Eduardo was so inspiring. He gets it. It would be fun to hangout with you, cook, have a drink and shoot the shit and eat good stuf. You remind of my friends. Cheers!
