Sam…Is challa bread sweet…like that Hawaiian bread that’s so coming into popularity, now? Could we use like a soft French bread….maybe a ciabatta for this recipe? I have rye…love rye. I’m just not feelin’ a sweet bread for this dish. SO GOOD TO KNOW WE CAN CONSUME EGGS UNCONTROLLED, AGAIN!!
