Love your Livecast, the Pirch commercials (we don’t have a store here, in Phoenix, yet) and WeOlive products (bought 3 varieties EVOO and a short bottle of balsamic vinegar…mmmm all!)…although, I prefer Spanish EVOO.
This soft boiled egg thing…outstanding! I didn’t have an avocado on hand so I followed your new approach to boiling eggs and served it over some left-over Oriental Vegetables and Meatballs and rice. Stupid-good! No end to the applications…and to think over-easy has been my fave for 50 years!
