
We wrap Olive Week with a new take on an old dish that we’ve previously done on the Livecast – Snapper Puttanesca. Rather than the traditional Pasta Puttanesca, which is essentially a hodge-podge combination of kitchen ingredients that come together to form an array of bursting flavor. Today we swapped out the pasta for a perfectly cut piece of snapper. Combine everything into a foil pouch, then toss in the oven and let the heat do its magic.
