We just returned from the Honua Kai resort where we saw you and wondered is that “Sam the cooking guy ?” Then found this online so I guess it was you! Trying this dish tonight. We loved that pulled pork in Hawaii so thx for this easy recipe. I bought the Red Alea salt at the airport- small amt. big price but oh well.. Also bought some black Lava salt all natural. Maybe that would be good on a fish recipe?
