Follow along as Sam makes a delicious cocktail out of Chambord, vodka, and pineapple juice and whips together a quick and tasty 3-ingredient salmon that goes great over rice.

Ep1 – First Ever Livecast, Origins of “The Cooking Guy”

So here’s the first Livecast! Yes, we know there’s a glitch with the video that might make it too annoying to watch, but we still wanted to put it up to give you a chance to at least check it out. This problem will NOT happen again, so if you miss the live show on Wednesday you’ll still be able to see a proper video of the show.

And so here’s the deal with iTunes: they have reviewed and approved our first Livecast, so starting later tonight you can subscribe to it and download them directly to your iPod or whatever device you use to get podcasts.
