Hello from Sin City – Sam

So here we are, working our way towards episode 100 and I’m in Vegas (make that I’m in Vegas with Blue Steel) and can’t be there live for you this week. We do though have a classic Livecast episode for you to enjoy, so sit back and relax. But just a warning – if you have a low gag threshold, you may want to shut your eyes when the fish roe appears…it’s not pretty.

Ep89 – The Three-Quarters Livecast

Okay so what is a LIVE show without its set of issues? Tonight we figure out just how much we love technology and the stuff that powers this livecast. We make a super tasty cambezola (camembert and gorgonzola mix) appetizer that never got recorded (sad, we know) but we show you what it looks like anyway. Still though, this three-quarters livecast is beter than most anything out there and we have you, the fans, to thank for that.

From Sam and the rest of the crew have a fantastic 4th of July! Eat some great food and have a couple drinks (responsibly, of course). The Livecast will be back with Episode 19 on Wednesday, July 6th. Enjoy the holiday and we’ll see you this week!

LIVE! Tonight at Donovan’s Prime Seafood. You need to be there.

As you livecasters know, we usually do this show in Sam’s studio. Sometimes we have people watch from the couch like Kelly, Jilli, Zach, or whoever just happens to be chillin’ there and we absolutely dig that. Well tonight, our “couches” will be the awesome Donovan’s Prime Seafood chairs and tables in downtown San Diego. You need to be there. Come ask questions, participate in the show, meet the livecast crew including Blue Steel (his real name is Steve, but what fun is that?), Shaun, Max, and myself.

Get the word out, let’s pack the restaurant, because Donovan’s will be making Sam’s amazing Cap’n Crunch Tuna and a special jalapeno-cucumber cocktail to go with it. We had it last night and were blown away by how good it was. Come hungry too, because their entire menu is amazing so keep your table and order some dinner afterward. We will definitely be doing that after the livecast.

Tonight’s Livecast – The MIHO Gastrotruck

On the show tonight we’ve got the exceptionally creative and talented owners of the MIHO Gastrotruck, probably the best food truck that San Diego has to offer. Not only do we have the owners coming, but we’re gonna have the whole damn truck parked right outside Sam’s house cookin’ up a storm. Don’t forget to send in your questions/comments (especially recorded videos, we love those!) and tune in at 6 PM (pst) to get an inside look at the Food Truck Industry.
