Tonight wasn’t quite a normal Livecast but it was still very entertaining and a lot of fun. We had Chef Paul McCabe of Kitchen 1540 and Chef Matt Gordon from Urban Solace in the house to tell us all the things they hate the most about owning and running a restaurant. It was some really cool conversation. After that Sam made an unbelievable grilled tofu that is probably something you haven’t seen before. You NEED to break out of the box and try it if for some reason you think that tofu is not for you.
