I know what you’re thinking. We’ve all had dry, overcooked, minced salmon patty burgers with little flavor and mediocre condiments (ketchup goes fine on beef burgers, not salmon) but this burger that Sam makes on Episode 106 is not that. You pair a good slice of tomato and a thin spread of this delicious wasabi-cilantro mayo and you’ve got a burger that is unbeatable.
