While I’m abroad with Mrs. Cooking Guy let’s reminisce and check out this Asian inspired dish containing one of the things I love to cook with most – black bean sauce. We even used ‘Chilli’ black bean sauce as opposed to the regular, more traditional version. The end result was a dish that could have been served straight out of an authentic Chinese restaurant.
We celebrate the end of Grilled Vegetables Week by looking back into the vaults to a killer grilled romaine lettuce salad we did back in 2012. Imagine super crunchy leaves, left slightly toasty by a hot grill, dressed in Roma tomatoes, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. It’s easily one of our favorite salads – make it now.
