Meatloaf week comes to a close as we make the 2nd recipe using the original meatloaf that we made at the beginning of the week. Most bolognese sauces start with ground meat – so why not skip a step with the leftover meatloaf? It’s already loaded with flavor, and all you need to do is add a few other ingredients and you’re there. And eating. And happy.
